Can I smoke on the bus?

Is there a toilet on the bus?

There is no toilet on the bus. Please be sure to visit the toilet before boarding.

Can I bring my pet with me?

Small pets, such as cats and dogs, must be in a carry cage. There is no extra cost for bringing a pet onboard, but the cage must not occupy a seat. We also ask that your pet does not inconvenience any other passengers.
Are the seats reserved?

The seats on the bus are available on a first-come first-served basis. Passengers are asked to find a seat on the upper deck.
Can I board the bus in a wheelchair or with a stroller?

Unfortunately, there is no space on the bus for wheelchairs or strollers. Please make use of the cloakroom service (fees apply) at the Shibuya-san tourist information center before boarding the bus.
